About me

Engr. Olukayode Olawale Anibaba is a distinguished civil engineer with over four decades of experience in both the public and private sectors, specializing in infrastructure development, project management, and transportation systems. A graduate of the University of Benin (B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, 1977) and the University of Birmingham, UK (M.Sc. in Highway & Traffic Engineering, 1983), he has been a driving force in some of Nigeria's most critical infrastructural projects. Throughout his career, Engr. Anibaba has held pivotal roles within the Lagos State Ministry of Works, rising to the position of Permanent Secretary, where he oversaw the construction and maintenance of major roads, bridges, and public facilities.

Construction of the Ibi-Aku-Ntokpo/Ikot-Ekpene Road (30 km by direct labor

Pupil Engineer, Ministry of Works, Lagos State

Construction of Majidun-Ipakodo and Majidun-Sagamu Roads, and repairs of roads in Ikorodu

1980–1981:

Executive Engineer, Ministry of Works, Lagos State

Road repairs and construction in Imota, Ikorodu, and Epe; drainage construction

1990–1991:

Assistant Director, Ministry of Works, Lagos State

Assisting the director in ministry operations, coordinating road construction and maintenance
